Thank you for your interest in Voluntary Action Center's transportation services. We are committed to providing high quality public transportation services throughout DeKalb County. MedVAC provides a convenient and safe service for all DeKalb County residents to and from out of town medical appointments.

We ask that you fill out the Transportation Service Registration Form. If you need assistance with completing the form or have any questions please contact us.You can choose either to email, fax, or drop off the application. Please deliver the form as soon as possible.
